Mission

The mission of The Vortex Apologetic is to glorify God through the exaltation of God’s Holy Word. A Vortex is defined as a mass of whirling fluid or air, especially a whirlpool or whirlwind. In John Chapter 3, Christ used the wind as a metaphor for the movement of the Holy Spirit in the regenerative work of salvation through the power of God’s Word. The Holy Spirit is also our comforter and guide in our Christian walk and sanctification.

The concept of The Vortex is that all things including creation, logic, knowledge, language, self-awareness, morality, government and all other aspects of human existence cannot be explained adequately outside of God being the source and determiner of them.

It is our goal to return to the historic Christian Apologetic and theology of the divine revelation of God reigning superior over the philosophy of men, empiricism and rationalism. We contend that extra-biblical evidence in support of God and the scriptures is inferior to the revelation of God to us. God reveals himself to us through nature, his Holy Word and regeneration or redemption. May God be exalted and glorified through the preaching of his Word.
